1.00% Diced Green Chiles

Directions

  1. In a sauce pan, combine Cheddar Cheese, AMPLIFI®, Cream, DSP, and Water. Heat on medium until cheese melts.
  2. Blend dry ingredients together. Slowly whisk the dry ingredients into the sauce pan—use an immersion blender if necessary.
  3. Whisk in the Annatto, Natural Flavor, and Chiles.
  4. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
