Our Cheddar paste adds an intense but balanced cheese flavor to fried polenta.

1.45% AMPLIFI® Cheddar Cheese Ingredient, Bolder 30708
0.55% Salt
0.20% White Pepper


  1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Slowly add polenta to boiling water, stirring continuously until thickened and cooked—about 15 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Cut into shapes to pan fry. Serve warm, or refrigerate overnight on a sheet pan.
