ASCENTRA® Flavor Enhancer is available in 50-pound net, multiwall kraft paper bags with polyethylene liners and in customized packs.

Directions

  1. Thoroughly mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Combine Alfredo powder with milk in saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium-high heat while stirring until mixture reaches a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for five minutes until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired thickness.
  6. Combine sauce with cooked fettuccine and serve.
