With management’s commitment to ongoing customer satisfaction, DairiConcepts operates an established, well-documented Quality and Food Safety Management System backed by a corporate culture devoted to continuous improvement. The scope of this system encompasses industry-standard development, manufacturing and packaging of cheese, cheese and dairy powders and concentrates, cheese analogues, non-dairy creamers, infant formula, nutritional products and other unique dairy products.
Quality Certifications and Procedures
Through Quality Assurance certifications and procedures that meet or exceed industry standards, DairiConcepts partners with its customers and suppliers to ensure quality throughout the entire product lifecycle. Our controls include:
- Safe Quality Food (SQF), Level 3 Certification in all nine facilities
- Documented processes and systems
- Root cause analyses
- Vendor certifications
- USDA-approved when required
- Food and Drug Adminstration (FDA) Infant Formula Audits
- Advanced Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Food Safety Programs
- EU, Organic, Kosher and Halal Certification
Vendor Requirements
Our vendors are carefully selected based on their conformance to our to our Critical Ingredient Acceptance Objectives (CIAO) and Ingredient Specification Requirements for sensory, micro, chemical and physical examinations, shelf-life, product integrity and security expectations—all focused on the resulting flavor, quality and consistency of our products.
DairiConcepts prides itself on superior customer service and technical support, but does not provide Quality Assurance services as a contract business function unrelated to production.
