All eight manufacturing facilities have received the globally-recognized Safe Quality Food (SQF) Code Level 3 Certification, the most comprehensive and highest attainable food safety assurance level within the SQF code.
The scope of this system encompasses industry-standard development, manufacturing and packaging of cheese, cheese and dairy powders and concentrates, cheese analogues, non-dairy creamers, infant formula, nutritional products and other unique dairy products.

Our vendors are carefully selected based on their conformance to our Critical Ingredient Acceptance Objectives (CIAO) and Ingredient Specification Requirements for sensory, micro, chemical and physical examinations, shelf-life, product integrity and security expectations—all focused on the resulting flavor, quality and consistency of our products.
DairiConcepts prides itself on superior customer service and technical support, but does not provide Quality Assurance services as a contract business function unrelated to production.
