PDFDairiConcepts Appoints New Chairman

Springfield, MO. – US-based dairy manufacturer, DairiConcepts, today appointed Andrei Mikhalevsky as its new Chairman. Mr Mikhalevsky replaces Jim Hepburn who steps down after three years in the role.

The change will be effective from the DairiConcepts’ October Board meeting. Mr Hepburn will stay with the Company in an advisory role.

Mr Mikhalevsky, who will remain Managing Director Fonterra Ingredients, says Mr Hepburn has made a valued contribution.

“I take over as Chairman with the Company in good shape. Under Jim’s guidance we have steadily grown, with revenues and shareholder returns improving year on year,” he says.
